About Us

Mel is a passionate artisan based in Melbourne. She is a mum of two, a business owner and, most importantly, a daydreamer. A perfect day in Mel’s life involves going on adventures in the Dandenong Ranges or down the Mornington Peninsula, being surrounded by flowers and snuggling with her dogs.

Urban Magnet Co. was established one sunny summer afternoon when Mel was searching for a unique way to showcase some of her very favourite photos around her home. What gets her up in the morning? Crafting unique keepsakes and preserving important moments for her customers.
