If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, send us an email to hello@urbanmagnetco.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will be sure to make it right and sort it out!

As our magnets are a bespoke product, unique to you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind about the images or pack you have selected.
