It’s pretty easy! Once you place your order with Urban Magnet Co. we will send a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking code. From there you will be able to keep an eye on your magnets as they make their way to your front door.

We sell magnets in packs of four with prices starting from $36 AUD including GST. This price does not include shipping.

We’ve seen a lot of photos come in our studio. Here are some tips to capture the perfect magnet-worthy photo.

• Clear, bright and high resolution images always make for a good magnet. Avoid compressing your pictures before uploading them.
• Be Patient: Moments happen spontaneously, so be patient and observant. Keep your camera ready and be prepared to capture the incredible moment as it unfolds.
• Blend In: Avoid drawing attention to yourself taking a photo. Blend into the surroundings and become a part of the scene. This will help people feel more comfortable and act naturally in front of your camera.
• Use Natural Light: Whenever possible, use natural light for your candid shots. Natural light creates a soft and flattering effect, enhancing the mood of the photo.
• Focus on Composition: Look for interesting angles, leading lines, and framing elements that can add depth and visual interest to your candid shots.
• Capture Emotions: Genuine emotions and expressions make for the best magnets. Look for moments of laughter, joy, surprise, or contemplation that convey the true essence of the scene.
• Shoot in Burst Mode: Shooting in burst mode allows you to capture a bunch of photos in quick succession, this will help increase your chance of capturing the perfect candid moment.
• Be Mindful of Backgrounds: Pay attention to the background of your photos to avoid distractions or clutter that may detract from the main subject. A clean and uncluttered background will help your subject stand out.
• Stay Unobtrusive: Avoid interfering with the natural flow of events. Let moments unfold organically without directing or interrupting the scene.
• Edit with Care: After capturing your candid photos, use photo editing software to enhance the colours, contrast, and overall look of the image. However, be mindful not to over-edit, as you want to maintain the authenticity of the moment.

There are a number of reasons why we only ship magnets in packs of four. The main reason is that we would like to reduce our environmental impact by shipping multiple packages unnecessary.

Our shipping rates are pretty simple.

For orders up to 12 magnets

• Normal post is $13.55 including tracking and signature on arrival
• Express post is $17.05 including tracking and signature on arrival

For orders with 12 - 24 Magnets

• Normal post is $17.45 including tracking and signature on arrival
• Express post is $21.45 including tracking and signature on arrival

Any orders with more than 24 magnets (6 sets) will need to be custom-ordered. You can do this by getting in touch using our Contact Us page, and we will quote up a bespoke order for you.

For normal shipping, we expect orders to take x to x business days from the moment you place your order.

For express shipping, we expect your order will take x to x business days to arrive on your doorstep.

Urban Magnets are hand-constructed and we recommend you take care when moving them between metal surfaces. When transporting Urban Magnets, use tissue paper to prevent the film on the front of the magnet from scratching.
